Farah Khan’s directorial debut, ‘Main Hoon Na’, featured a star-studded cast including Shah Rukh Khan, Sushmita Sen, and Suniel Shetty. During the vlog, Sharma, who played the antagonist, shared his first day on set, which proved to be a reality check. Coming off a serious role in ‘Maqbool’, he attempted to infuse a method-acting approach into his performance.
Memorable Stunt Mishap
Sharma recounted a particularly chaotic stunt scene where he was rigged to a harness and instructed to exit a vehicle while floating up to the first floor. Due to the rudimentary safety equipment of the time, he clutched the car door for stability. When the stunt crew activated the wires, the door was ripped off, sending both Sharma and the door soaring into the air, much to the amusement of the crew. Even Shah Rukh Khan couldn’t help but laugh when he later watched the playback.
