A suspected drone strike in Bajaur district killed a child and injured a woman, according to local police.
The reported strike hit a house in the Inam Khoro Chena Gai area of Mamond tehsil.

Police said the house belonged to a man identified as Hayatullah. A nine-year-old child was killed, while a woman sustained injuries in the incident.
The injured woman was shifted to District Headquarters Hospital for treatment.
