Representatives from the Green Enclave-I allottees recently met with Mohsin Sardar, the Project Director of the Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA), to discuss the future of the long-delayed housing project.
Concerns Raised by Allottees
The delegation, which included notable figures such as Chaudhary Amjad Ali and Chaudhary Ahsanul Haq, urged the FGEHA to expedite the remaining infrastructure work and ensure that residential plots are handed over to allottees without further delays. Chaudhary Amjad Ali highlighted the significant hardships faced by thousands of government employees who invested in the scheme, with many having retired or passed away before receiving their plots.
FGEHA’s Response
In response, Mohsin Sardar informed the delegation that negotiations with the joint venture partner are nearing completion. He indicated that the agreed terms would soon be submitted to the Executive Board for approval. This step is critical for moving forward with the project.
Next Steps for Green Enclave-I
Once the Executive Board grants approval, Sardar assured the allottees that the remaining obstacles would be cleared, allowing infrastructure development to resume. The FGEHA is committed to completing the pending formalities as quickly as possible to advance the Green Enclave-I project.
